Students Supporting Students Through Hygiene Kit Packing
This year, 34 juniors from Iredell-Statesville Schools showed what it means to support their community in a meaningful way. Through a hands-on volunteer effort, these students packed hygiene kits for their peers experiencing housing insecurity. Together, they packed more than 10,000 hygiene products, assembling 410 full-sized hygiene kits filled with essentials like body wipes, deodorant, soap, lotion, and one of the most requested items—body spray.
